Holy cow! Was prepared for any result but this one.  I suspect it was not quite this dramatic, in that the travel from the previous week may have left me a little bloated, whereas this trip was longer, but easier on the digestive system.  Also, at least some of the weight loss was muscle, as I had to drop the weight a little on the chest press and shoulder press at the gym after my weigh-in this morning (which is odd, since those were the two machines I had access to in the hotel gym, compared to some of the calf and back machines).
