Weekly Weigh-In: Week 10

Category New Scale (lbs) Old Scale (lbs)
Starting Weight: 267 (estimate) 273
Target Weight: 215 221
End Of Week 9 Weight: 250.3 256
End Of Week 10 Weight: 249.4 253
Week Over Week Change: -0.9 -3
Total Weight Loss So Far: 17.6 20
Average Per Week So Far: 1.76 lbs/week 2.00 lbs/week

Was really expecting to report an up week, as I was up slightly (.1 – 1.0lbs) every day this week.  Was frustrating since everything was good – ate pretty well, got good exercise sessions in – etc.  Don’t think it’s muscle growth this week, weights are flat.  One thing was sleep was not good – sleeping very shallowly this week and for not enough.  Old scale showed more of a drop this week, but it showed less of one last week.

Edit:  Woohoo.  < 250.  If I weren’t so beat, I’d be excited.

  3. congrats at breaking the 250 mark. that is fantastic! I usually find little solice when people tell me that I have to have over-eaten 3000 calories to have gained or whatever BUT it does make me think differently about my week. If I did everything well then I know it is water weight or something like that. The scale will catch up. You are doing fantastic! Love you site.

  4. It’s a process. Some weeks will be easy, some weeks will be tougher, but in the long run is what matters. Great job on the <250!
