  2. Hey J, just wondering, your daily base caloric allowance is almost 400+ above mine. It that because you have a pound a week goal set I wonder? Just started using Loseit myself and trying to get a handle on it

    Height: 5′ 10″
    Age: 39
    Weight as of today 244.4

    Estimates for different goals:
    Maintain current weight: 2946
    Lose 1lb a week: 2446
    Lose 2lb a week: 1946

    If I change my age to 40 and current weight to 265
    Maintain: 3074
    Lose 1lb a week: 2574
    Lose 2lb a week: 2074

    Every addition or subtraction of an inch of height seems to +/- calories by 20-25.
