The additional cardio seems to be kicking in this week.  Actually came very close to flirting with halfway mark twice this week.

The good news is by all bmi calculators now down a category to just plain obese.  Started this 14 weeks ago near the high end of severe, and originally just over the line in morbid.

    • One of the benefits of being a picky eater is a high tolerance for repetition. If the food log from lose it was not an attachment you would see a very consistent diet. combine that with tracking and exercise and it seems to work.
