Week 4 of the gym intensity completed. The results continue to speak for themselves weight wise. Will post up later this week on how it all went and some of the negatives.
We are rapidly approaching my last low weight in 2004. Not sure what it was exactly, but it was in the 230-235 range.
Generally good week food wise as well, both in quantity and quality (only questionable day was yesterday where two (small) pieces of apple pie constituted dinner/snack).

I hope next week will be good too (or at least reasonable, have some end of week activities which could slow me down). After this week tho, I go back to normal workout routines so should really slow down after that.
