100 Push Ups, 200 Sit Ups – Week 1

Did the initial test Sunday and am aiming for Tue/Thu/Sat sessions.

Initial Test Results:

  • 17 Push Ups
  • 27 Crunches
Both results put me into column 3 for the first two weeks (which surprised me – 27 crunches was rated quite poor).  That said, I based my crunch form for half the week on my reading of the page, but was doing closer to a half sit-up.  Fixed for final session of the week.
