100 Push Ups, 200 Sit Ups – Week 3

Whew, talk about waiting til the end of  the day to get these done on Day 3 this week.  Didn’t start until 10pm.  Been a busy day.

Interim Progress Tests:

  • Push-ups – 23 – Middle column for weeks 3&4
  • Crunches – 43 – Right column for weeks 3&4
Took longer rests on Day 1 of push-ups as I was a little alcohol impaired (90 seconds instead of 60).  Worried about week 4.  After the first day next week, I may decide to repeat week 3 as well.  The numbers start to jump a bit more.  We shall see.

  2. Well, I pushed it so far to the end of the week that I didn’t even get started. I’m with David. Attack week 4! Why not?! You can do it – of that I have no doubt.
