Another very bouncy week day to day. Happy to report any loss at all this week. After last week’s drastic drop, glad it stayed off and hopefully Wednesday’s post didn’t jinx me. Sleep has been erratic this week and fruit and water intake are a bit down lately. Not being replaced with anything bad, just down due to inattention/poor selection.
If we go back to normal, I guess I am looking at hitting the 215 goal right around Thanksgiving. That would be something to be thankful for!
Off to the gym!
