A Little Bit …

… eww.

So as I got off the arc trainer last night, I noticed that the very front of the trainer had some puddles under the feet.  Click on them for the zoom.

I said, no way.  But sure enough, ALL the other arc trainers were dry.

Yep.  That’s the sweat that didn’t latch onto my shirt and made an amazing journey to escape to the bottom of the arc trainer to later evaporate.

Here’s another arc trainer (someone got on mine).

So those puddles are what dripped down where the heart rate handles are, down, dripped onto the next level without falling off, then rolled all the way down the next arc without getting sidetracked by the other attachments all the way to the front.

  1. euuuu and great all at the same time!

  2. I must admit…you make me feel better! LOL – I always sweat terribly doing cardio. I sweat so much, in fact, that I often have drips falling off my elbows and off the edges of my hair (which is super short). My shirt is always saturated to the point where I could wring it out (if I really wanted to do that…which I don’t). I rarely ever see anyone else at my gym as sweaty as me, so it is nice to see there are others out there that do! 😉

  3. I sweat thinking about the cardio machines. I give the gym clothes a day to dry out before putting them in the wash (the shirt was still not dry this morning).

  4. I’ve noticed this puddles myself. Started using the arc a few weeks ago instead of the elliptical and I am HOOKED!
