100 Push Ups, 200 Sit Ups – Week 4 (PUs again)/5 (Crunches)

Decided I wasn’t going to hold up the crunches anymore even though the push-ups are a repeat of Week 4.  So I did my interim progress test on crunches – 71.  Placing us firmly in column 3 for crunches.  Went well.

Push-ups, bah, not so much.  Feel like I’m going backwards.

  1. Nice job, even if you didn’t make your target! I just started the 100 PU Challenge tonight on Week 3. Week 4 is not looking enjoyable, I must say!
