Good start, tailed off towards weekend. Picked up a cold and a big dinner last night means it doesn’t show so much, would expect a big drop for next week if I stay on track this weekend. I changed Lose It! to 1.5 pounds a week and I am finding the calorie limit much more challenging to stay within (blew it yesterday).
And now to take my own advice when others have had colds – off to the gym!
