Been fighting a cold all week.  It has really had me bouncing up and down on the scales – 2-4 pounds every day difference (was 209.8 yesterday morning).  Chart looks like a roller coaster and my diet hasn’t been too different day to day.  Hopefully it moves out soon and we can get a more stable trend going again.

Off to the gym!
