First outdoor run …

… with the new running gear.  Double layers hide some of the flab, but still, more flattering than it would have been 3 months ago.

3.21 miles walk/run c25k week 6 day 1.  Average around 10:30 miles across running/walking, not bad at all for outdoors, considering I am averaging only a little quicker than that on the treadmill.

  1. wahoo J! you look like a runner! You didgreat. When I first started I got a 1 minute timer and did 1 minute intervals, increased to 2/1 and kept going until I could go a mile and then continued on mile two. Since you have the treadmill background you are way ahead of the game. You are amazing!
