A good week.  Back on track after the holidays and the weight just started coming down fairly evenly, except for an odd spike up/down on Friday.  Despite the onset of cold #2 for the winter, which my daughter kindly shared with both of us.

She had it most of holiday time off, but I was happy I didn’t succumb until it was time to go back to work.  Hopefully this one will clear out in the next day or so and won’t turn into another never-ending cough.

Now off to the gym!
