thanks, I may even look like one while actually running for brief periods of time – still a long way to go tho for distance running. I attempted to learn to drink last night while running – more practice will be required.
Oh I’ve tried that on the treadmill before. And even with my Camelback bottle (which is foolproof, basically). Disaster. Water dribbling down my chin. Wiping it off with the back of my hand. Losing my balance while still trying to maintain a 5.0 run. And then having to jump off to get myself back under control. Yes sir, I’m a professional. Don’t try that at home.
