Smaller loss than the last few weeks, but since those were much bigger than planned losses, still very pleased with overall result. Food has been decent, exercise continues on track. Can’t complain.
Now off to the gym! (Well outside for a run really, but you can’t mess with iconic catch-phrases now can you? 😉 )
