Decent week overall. For those of you who think I am like a finely tuned machine firing perfectly each week, I want you to know:
- I messed up my training schedule this week (more on it tomorrow).
- I also (modestly) broke my eating yesterday in scheduling the trial of two energy products yesterday, when in retrospect, I should have kept it to trying one.
- I worked from home on Friday and I notice lately that working from home is tough – because I am constantly fighting the mental munchies compared to the office.
So there you go. It’s possible to make mistakes and still lose weight. It’s possible to make mistakes and not loathe myself. It’s possible to make mistakes and not use them as an excuse for further blowouts. Just keep them in perspective.
Now off to..whoops, not off to the gym (did I mention I broke my schedule this week?).
