Bleh!  Not sure what’s going on this week.  Ate decently, got exercise, and bounced like a crazy bounce ball.  My range was 189.5 – 193 this week.

Good news this week – fit into some 36″ pants.  That’s 14″ – 16″ from top, and 4″ from last November.  I’ll take it!  In fact, the smallest I ever wore were 34″ at my lowest and I only stayed long enough to buy one pair at that size.

Now off to the gym!
