The Road To 2012 NYC Marathon – Summary of T-38 Week.
Weekly Highlights:
- Quiet week really. In anticipation of the long weekend, I decided to run Mon/Wed/Fri this week in case we were busy Sunday.
- Completed Week 2 of Bridge to 10k.
- Two outdoor runs, both due to time crunches. Glad the winter is holding mild otherwise I wouldn’t have gotten Friday’s in.
