Due to my recent switch to Northern Iowa where I have increased number of runs from 3 per week to 4, but decreased the distances initially, the graphs show some ‘dips’ in average per activity.

- Northern Iowa Week 2 (3 miles, 4, miles, 3 miles, 6 miles).
- I find myself saying things like – ‘oh today’s just a 3 miler, let’s bang it out quick quick and get some weights in.’ This was an inconceivable thought in December.
- I’ve picked up a marathon buddy who is one of my best friends (was my best man). Will need to ask him what he’ll allow me to say.
