Phase III Weekly Weigh-In: Week 7 (New Lows)

No pic this time, forgot to snag the camera. But there we are – 185.5. Phase III done. Unquestionable all time adult low.  If I didn’t have another cold/headache, I’d say I’m feeling pretty good!

So now we start Phase IV.  The weekly updates will change a bit since there is no weight or time goal.  We will start tracking body fat % to see if the scale produces consistent enough results to use in maintenance.  Say goodbye to the ticker scale below as well since it’s not useful without targets.

Now off to the gym with this tune!
