A basically flat week. Was very bouncy (actually touched below 180 at one point). Sleep was HORRENDOUS this week. Not enough by far. Was averaging a couple of hours per night til last night. I did my Tuesday night workout starting at 11pm for an example. I wasn’t bad food-wise, but I wasn’t good either. The fact that we are at the early end of running program with low mileages meant I got no make-up calories there either.
Time to batten down the hatches and get back on the program. The week ahead is more promising. Now off for a run .. later this afternoon.
