Good week overall. Ate a touch better, got a lot more sleep, the mileages are picking up again (7 miler in a little bit). I mentioned on FB/Twitter – I finally let myself have a Reese’s Peanut Butter Egg. These things used to be my favorite growing up. I haven’t had any candy in months, and overall barely any for last year.
It tasted – edible. Well a little better than just edible. But not even in the ‘nice’ category. Definitely not the ‘mmmm heaven’ category. Certainly won’t be as tempting in the aisle now. Was comforting to think that I *may* be able to do some selective eating the the future to see if other things have lost their charm. If they have it will make staying on track easier if I know they no longer have the taste I remember. Just need to be careful, because I’m sure not everything will be the same.
Now off to the park..
