I think this summarizes my feelings on this week’s up number.  Going great through Thursday where we had touched into the 178’s.  Shot up to 183 Friday morning.  No massive sodium spike I can recall.  No binges.  Just a 5 pound spike.  For first time since I started Lose It!, I didn’t record the daily weight on Friday to see if it was a weird fluctuation.  Stayed there Saturday (I recorded it).  Came down a bit today but still not happy.

Now off to the park..I’ve got 8 miles to log.

    Muscle gain maybe? I guess at some point your body is going to flip. You’re such a training machine that it can’t keep losing weight.

    • I wish. Beyond a low base tho its tough to be build more than 1 lb week muscle on a program built for it. Much of the spike has left at this point. As mysteriously as it came.
