  1. You get to eat like 2000 calories a day. It is SO not fair. Although you burned over 1000 calories one day. That’s pretty amazing. I might make that a goal of mine one day. Exercise until I reach 1000. And then I’ll go eat a burger or something. 🙂

    • yes, and I find it challenging when it dips to < 2k (I don't get to leave a buffer). I have no concept how people do it on < 1600/day. I'd definitely be eating all my exercise calories at that point, which I don't do now (tho I eat some of them now).

      RunKeeper estimated 1250 calories. I always use the lose it number tho as it tends to be lower and is a net number (i.e. tries to factor out the amount from exercise as opposed to the amount you burn just being alive)
