The Road To 2012 NYC Marathon – Summary of T-29 Week.

Weekly Highlights:

  • Northern Iowa Week 6.  4,5,4, 11.
  • Adding warm-up/cool-downs gets us to marathon length distances (well in a week anyway)
  • Running through up-scale neighborhoods looking at posh houses is rather pleasant.
  • If you have any interest in knowing how your clothes feel after running 11 miles, I can summarize – sweaty.
  • If you have any interest in knowing how you feel after running 11 miles, I can summarize – tired.
