Good week, had some 174 days in there.  Dropped down another jean size as well.  I think we’re getting the answer on how accurate the BF% on the scale is – not very.  Some internet reading says +/- 2%, use the trend not the actual number.  Won’t be super useful for maintenance, but won’t be completely useless either.

Happy Mother’s Day out there to the moms.  I’m making lots of yum stuff for my mom and wife later today on the BBQ.

Now off to the road..the program says I need to do 16 miles.

    Enjoy your run! 16 miles seems so out of the realm of possibility just now – but then, it was for you too, not so long ago. We all have it in us to change!

  2. just came back. I wish I could record my post run weight of 172 for keeps, but that’s a lot of dehydration there.
