The Road To 2012 NYC Marathon – Summary of T-25 Week.
Weekly Highlights:
- Northern Iowa Week 10. 5,8,5, 16. No increase in long run this week or next thankfully. This is the last increase for the mid-week runs as well thankfully.
- Went back to the same trail as last week, but ran it reversed.
- Was much tougher week – I re-stained the porch for a couple of hours on Saturday which meant my knees and back were already unhappy.
- TMI Point – Also, knew it was likely, needed the restroom badly mid-run. Another reason I did it backwards – there is a nice public restroom at halfway point if I run it reverse (as opposed to being at beginning/end of run). I was glad I did.
