Generally good week, we actually spent some time in the 173s this week..But I ate a lot yesterday, a bit over budget.  Mostly good stuff, but also some salty stuff.  So disappointed to register my 4th up week for the year … but who cares about that – it’s Week 52!

I pulled out my original weigh-in formats and dusted off the old scale:

I don’t see anything to complain about.  Achieved nearly double my goal.  Add in the 15 pounds I lost before this and I’m down solidly over a hundred pounds from my top weight.

Now off to the road..another 16 miles this week.  I leave you with a few videos – a live version of Dreams by Van Halen (tho technically I need a version where they say ‘Lower and lower! not ‘Higher and Higher!’) and one of my favorite lesson/covers of ‘Raise Your Glass’ by P!nk.
