The Road To 2012 NYC Marathon – Summary of T-18 Week

Light runs this week on the treadmill in the 2-3 mile range each as well as cross-training on the stationary torture device bicycle..Once again, I’d love to say it’s feeling 100% but there are good days and bad days.  Sunday, my knee was bugging me most of the day.  Other days have been fine.  It’s irritating, worrisome, frustrating, etc all wrapped up in one.  This upcoming week is the last rest week I have before going full force again starting the week after.
