The Road To 2012 NYC Marathon – Summary of T-17 Week

Final week of taking it easy before the 16 week training begins starting on Tuesday.  Still wish I had more confidence on the knee.  Feels ok, but the leg feels week in general at times.  We’ll see.

Got some treadmill in while on vacation, plus a long long walk.  Also got one outdoor run in this week to ease in.  Supplemented with some elliptical and stationary bike.

Whew…here we come 16 weeks.
