The Road To 2012 NYC Marathon – Summary of T-16 Week

And we’re off.  16 weeks of training ending in the NYC marathon.  We were last in Week 1 Training back in March.  When it was cool.  What’s changed?  I’m modestly faster (about 10 seconds a mile) than I was in March.  I’d like to say it was easier, but with the recent rest weeks and increased temperatures, felt modestly harder.  I also wear knee strap supports now.
