The Road To 2012 NYC Marathon – Summary of T-13 Week

Week 4 and we’re back to cranking along and the mileages and calories are starting to add up again – 3, 5, 3, 8.  8-miler was done with a mild hangover and hotter weather, so doing it faster than first 8 miler way back April was pleasing.  Touch slower than my last 8 miler in May.

    • thanks! I have to say, I impressed even myself in May/June when I ran a half-marathon or more every week for 6 weeks (of course, hurting the knee in the process, but still).
