The Road To 2012 NYC Marathon – Summary of T-12 Week
Week 5 and we’re up to double digit runs again. Got some breaks this week. Was absolutely pouring down Wednesday night but I caught a lull and didn’t have to run in the rain (tho lots of puddles and it was pretty dark from clouds). Sunday’s 10 miler involved a super pleasant morning in the 60’s, which made a nice change from running in the 80’s. I can see I’m going faster than last time, but not a lot faster.
