The Road To 2012 NYC Marathon – Summary of T-11 Week
Week 6 – 4, 5, 4, 11. Weird week timing wise, normally do Tue/Wed/Fri/Sun, but this week was Tue/Thu/Sat/Sun. I prefer getting more rest in before the big one (wasn’t even 24 hours rest since Sat was mid-day and Sun was first thing AM). Kind of felt it a bit in the long run, but pace wasn’t far off from last time 11 miles came round and it’s a little hotter now.
