The Road To 2012 NYC Marathon – Summary of T-8 Week

Week 9 of training – 4, 7, 4, 16.  Breaking in the new shoes.  Got a blister on the long run, hopefully not going to be an ongoing issue.  16 miler was 4-5 minutes faster than my 16 milers in May.  Felt a lot easier going from 14 to 16 than last time when it was 13.1 to 16.  Actually maintained sub 9 minute average mile even with walk parts.
