Rough week.  Lot of household work which burns calories but also means I am home snacking.  With holidays and household work also missed a gym session.  And of course, ate too much on Turkey Day combining going to the parade (and therefore having junk for breakfast and lunch) and a big (delicious) dinner.  Plus leftovers!

Now off to the road, time for this turkey to get rid of some turkey.
