Bad week on the food front. Between left over junk, late night watching election, snow storms, still feeling a bit bummed about marathon, working from home 3 days, etc, just didn’t keep the food under control. At all.

Exercise was ok, storm interfered with that too a bit and still changing up the routines a bit, but mostly about the food this week. Now off to the road, some calories to burn.
