This is getting to be an irritating trend.  Drop all during the early week to explode on Friday / Saturday.  Last night was a date night with dinner/movie that just blew me out.  Will disappear tomorrow and tuesday but nevertheless.

Posting after the morning run this week, which was rough.  I have a 1) a cold, 2) generally tired from work 3) tripped and skinned my knee badly during the week right under where the strap goes.  Middle portion was more walk than run.
