Much better result this week.  Plenty of room for improvement, but given how crazy work was this week, I’ll say not bad.  It was busy enough that I lost two workout nights which I don’t like one bit.  I made up one of them yesterday, to say farewell to the stair master pretty much until November.  Also the holiday junk is gone at last.

Now off to the road!  Still got some catching up to do.
