Gave up some of last week’s awesome drop.  Had a good start, but had a work outing Thursday for indoor rock-climbing.  Trying rock-climbing was fun but the beers/fast-food after were less than helpful.  Also, as much fun as it was that night, my knees are killing me now, which is not fun for running.  Had to postpone Friday’s run til Saturday and still not 100% for today’s run.

Now off to the road!  Still got some catching up to do.
