T-15/T-40 – Go!
Don’t do something for 2 months and it gets harder! Who knew! Was kind of a bummer – I’ve definitely lost stamina and speed. And I’m going to have to replace the sneakers now – pavement running is definitely not for these guys anymore. Knee pain from Thursday’s rock wall climbing did not help.
But, we have begun!
