If last week was GGRRRRRRRRR, this week was triple GRRRRRR!   My week was unbalanced but net net I should be down or at least flat not up.  This is irritating to the extreme.  The only hope I continue to hold on to is that I am picking up some initial muscle gain from supplements and/or I’m still holding on to water from cold.  It’s a weak theory, but I have two supporting facts – my clothes aren’t any tighter and in fact, my running belt  needs a tightening actually.

I just came back from the run and well..that’s tomorrow.
