  1. so how do you feel about the weight gain?

      • I’m sorry. Hope you can figure out the reason. I couldn’t see one. You’ve hung in there so strong.

        • Been very stressed at work, not getting anywhere near enough sleep, not drinking enough and honestly not eating as well as i should. Some weeks are good but others less so. Tough to be on guard when exhausted and work has really stepped up junk food being around. Being off meds a fee months didn’t help either

          Plus i think i have done so much running it doesn’t have kick for me. So say 50% food, 25% need a change in exercise but cant and work.
