Ah back to above 40 temps is so nice..  Short a short run this week.  I did have time Friday morning before the work insanity started, but after Wednesday’s mid range run, my knees were aching and that kept up Thursday into Friday morning (and into Saturday actually).  I decided  they needed a rest with the last few weeks of big runs coming up.  I’d rather be short a short run than short a long run.

The long run wasn’t bad.  I kept a slower more even pace.  Enabled me to take fewer rests which averaged out to slightly faster than last week overall.  So not bad.
