Last week’s big deliverable rolled into this week (as expected).  Mon – Wed were extremely busy (I ate dinner around 1am on Wednesday – does that count towards Wed or Thurs calories?)  Counting calories went out the window, simply from a time perspective.  Not sure entirely what I ate some days.  Calmed down by Thursday, but mostly catching up on sleep and things.  Calm now and back on track.

Now time to digest breakfast and off to the road!
