T-1/T-26 – Taper Week 2
The wind down continues. Next week will be a race recap (or some sort of pained grunting)! Forecast looks OK, but not great so far weather wise. Pick up my stuff on Friday.
This week was another wind down – 3/5/3/8 – can practically do that in my sleep at this point! Next week’s 3/3/WALK 3 will be nothing (rapidly followed by this big day of course)
