No official weigh in last week due to marathon rush. I can tell you I had given up some of the prior weeks massive drop as expected.
This week has been rough. Had a day and a half off after the marathon (was supposed to be two days) but work is intense right now. Lot going on with a big project. I wound up racking up 50+ hours this week despite being off part of it. Food was tough – not only was I monstrously hungry most of the week post race, stress, tiredness, 15 hour days etc – added up to lots of bad food choices.
Plus no exercise while recuperating. I wanted to try a light work out on Thursday but didn’t get home until midnight (and need to get get up again a few hours later) so didn’t actually get to the gym until this morning.
Now off to find that wagon!
