Sorry for the disappearance.  It has been a rough few weeks.  In fact, it feels like completing the marathon 3 weeks ago has been the lesser accomplishment and someone signed me up for some work ultra-marathon.

Work has been busy for the last few months, but the last 3 weeks have been crazy.  I typically get in at 7:30AM.  I have not left any earlier than 7:30PM (mostly much later).  This week, from Sunday evening -> Friday morning, I got 19 hours sleep.  I’ve eeked out two visits to the gym in the last few weeks.  Eating all meals at work or in train station is not leading to good decisions.  Tiredness is not leading to good decisions.  Lack of planning is not leading to good decisions.  Lack of recording due to lack of time and energy is not leading to good decisions.  New temptations have not led to good decisions.

So it’s no surprise I’m up.  I have no reason to think things will let up much for the next few weeks.

My main goal for the week is to get back tracking and to stop giving in to the worst temptations (self-serve frozen ice cream) I’ve been giving in to.  3 gym visits would be nice and with long weekend, only requires one hit during the work week so seems achievable.

Now I have to go get my first one in.
