T-23 – The clock resets
As I mentioned yesterday, been a rough few weeks work wise. After the LI Marathon, I had doubts as to whether I ever wanted to run another one. However, I’m pissed off about missing sub-4 by 19 seconds and I’m fairly sure I can beat it.
So I officially took my spot in this time. My knee is still not 100% but improving. Training officially begins in July, but we’ll be tracking time down til November anyway.
